Singapore (November 3).— Australian Country water polo teams beat the Singapore national teams in the Singapore Invitational test series at the Toa Payoh Swimming Complex here.
Played over the past week, the Aussie men had a tough battle, winning
their five-match series 2-1 while the Australian women were too strong
for Singapore, winning all four clashes.
The last men’s match was a thriller with Singapore winning the final
quarter 5-3 to force a 10-all draw and come within a goal of squaring
the series.
