Spanish Success

Sam McGregor of Sydney University Lions and Jamie Beadsworth of Fremantle Mariners, who both play for Spanish National League team C.N. Atletic-Barceloneta, have won the 2006/2007 Spanish National League season, winning the first two of the best-of-three finals series. They won against C.N. Terrassa, firstly on June 20 15-5 then on June 23 12-3. Barceloneta went through the season undefeated.
